Communication & Responsiveness

  • All inquiries—whether by phone, email, or in person—will be addressed promptly and efficiently.

  • If we are busy, we aim to respond to customers as soon as possible.

 

Order Fulfillment & Deliveries

  • We strive to fulfill orders as promptly as possible.

  • Guaranteed delivery is available for weddings and funerals.

  • All other deliveries will be made between 10.30AM and 9 PM.

  • Our staff are not required to enter a customer’s home and may politely refuse if asked.

 

Pricing & Staff Interaction

  • All products will be clearly priced both online and in-store.

  • For custom designs, staff will provide accurate price estimates.

  • Staff will provide their first name upon request but are not required to share surnames or personal details.

 

Confidentiality & Customer Preferences

  • We treat all confidential and sensitive information with utmost respect.

  • Customers should communicate any specific requirements at the time of ordering.

 

Customer Feedback & Complaints
